Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter

Filling

  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup peanut butter

Topping

  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, eggs, sour cream, and peanut butter. Mix well.
  4. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 1 hour. Cool completely.
  5. Heat chocolate chips and heavy cream until smooth. Pour over cheesecake.
