- 3 ripe bananas mashed
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup melted butter
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, mix the mashed bananas with the melted butter.
Stir in the peanut butter, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.
Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in.
Add the flour and mix until just incorporated. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Bake for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
