  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • ½ cup Butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 3 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips semi-sweet
  • 2 tablespoons Shortening

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, softened butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until well combined.
  3. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and shortening together, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip chilled peanut butter balls into melted chocolate, then place back on parchment paper to set.
  7. Refrigerate until chocolate is firm. Enjoy!
