Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate chopped
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • 3 eggs separated
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped

Instructions 

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
  2. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks and sugar until pale and thick.
  4. Fold the egg yolk mixture into the melted chocolate.
  5. In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
  7. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  8. Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
