Chocolate Marble Cheesecake

Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 0.25 cup Sugar
- 0.5 cup Butter, melted
Filling
- 24 oz Cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 4 Eggs
- 4 oz Semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of the pan.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Pour half of the batter over the crust. Stir melted chocolate into the remaining batter. Drop spoonfuls of chocolate batter over the plain batter and swirl with a knife.
Bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Run a knife around the edge to loosen; cool 1 hour longer. Refrigerate overnight.
