Chocolate Hazelnut Tassies
Delicious bite-sized treats with a rich chocolate and hazelnut filling.

Crust
- 1 cup Butter softened
- 6 oz Cream cheese softened
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
Filling
- 1 cup Hazelnuts finely chopped
- 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips melted
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, beat butter and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add flour and mix until combined.
Shape dough into 1-inch balls and press into mini muffin tin to form a crust.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Let cool.
In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until just boiling. Pour over chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Add vanilla extract and chopped hazelnuts.
Spoon filling into cooled crusts. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
