Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 cup Butter softened
  • 6 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour

Filling

  • 1 cup Hazelnuts finely chopped
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips melted
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat butter and cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add flour and mix until combined.
  3. Shape dough into 1-inch balls and press into mini muffin tin to form a crust.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden. Let cool.
  5. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until just boiling. Pour over chocolate chips and stir until smooth. Add vanilla extract and chopped hazelnuts.
  6. Spoon filling into cooled crusts. Refrigerate until set, about 1 hour.
