  • 4 Eggs
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 50 g Flour
  • 30 g Cocoa powder
  • 200 g Hazelnut spread
  • 100 ml Heavy cream

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Sift in the flour and cocoa powder, then gently fold into the egg mixture.
  4. Pour the batter onto the prepared baking tray and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the cake is springy to the touch.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  7. Spread the hazelnut spread over the cake, then roll it up gently.
  8. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then spread over the rolled cake.
  9. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
