Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 package Puff pastry thawed
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips
  • ½ cup Hazelnuts chopped
  • 1 Egg beaten

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into triangles.
  4. Place a small handful of chocolate chips and chopped hazelnuts at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up the triangles from the wide end to the point, forming a crescent shape.
  6. Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
