Chocolate Hazelnut Croissant Recipe
Flaky croissants filled with rich chocolate and crunchy hazelnuts.

- 1 package Puff pastry thawed
- 1 cup Chocolate chips
- ½ cup Hazelnuts chopped
- 1 Egg beaten
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
Cut the pastry into triangles.
Place a small handful of chocolate chips and chopped hazelnuts at the wide end of each triangle.
Roll up the triangles from the wide end to the point, forming a crescent shape.
Place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops with beaten egg.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
