Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup melted butter

Filling

  • 24 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 3 eggs large
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup hazelnut spread
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add cocoa powder and mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in sour cream, hazelnut spread, and vanilla extract.
  5. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
  6. Cool in the pan on a wire rack. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
