Main Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat eggs and vanilla extract. Add to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Fold in hazelnuts and chocolate chips.
Divide dough in half and shape into two logs on the baking sheet. Flatten slightly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 300°F (150°C). Slice logs into ½-inch thick slices and place back on the baking sheet.
Bake for another 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through, until crisp. Let cool completely.
