Chocolate Ginger Cookies Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter softened
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Brown sugar packed
- 2 Eggs
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 ¼ cups All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Ground ginger
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cream together the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda, ground ginger, and salt; gradually blend into the creamed mixture.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
