Ganache
- 200 g dark chocolate chopped
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Tartlet Shells
- 6 pieces tartlet shells pre-baked
1. Heat the heavy cream in a saucepan until it just begins to simmer.
2. Pour the hot cream over the chopped dark chocolate in a mixing bowl.
3. Let it sit for a minute, then whisk until smooth and glossy.
4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
5. Pour the ganache into the pre-baked tartlet shells.
6. Let the tartlets set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
