Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Melted Butter

Ganache Filling

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 8 oz Dark Chocolate chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into a tart pan to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer. Pour it over the chopped dark chocolate in a bowl and let it sit for a minute.
  5. Stir the mixture until smooth and glossy. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  6. Pour the ganache into the cooled crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
