Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into a tart pan to form the crust.
Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer. Pour it over the chopped dark chocolate in a bowl and let it sit for a minute.
Stir the mixture until smooth and glossy. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
Pour the ganache into the cooled crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
