Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 100 g Dark Chocolate chopped
  • 100 g Butter unsalted
  • 2 Eggs large
  • 2 Egg Yolks large
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 20 g Flour all-purpose

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease and flour four ramekins.
  2. Melt chocolate and butter together in a bowl over simmering water.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until thick and pale.
  4. Fold melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, then fold in flour.
  5. Divide batter among ramekins. Bake for 12 minutes until edges are set but center is still soft.
  6. Let cool slightly, then run a knife around edges and invert onto plates. Serve immediately.
