Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate finely chopped
  • 100 ml heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon espresso powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 50 g cocoa powder for coating

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the cream in a saucepan until it just begins to simmer.
  2. 2. Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate. Stir until smooth.
  3. 3. Stir in the espresso powder and vanilla extract.
  4. 4. Pour the mixture into a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  5. 5. Scoop small amounts of the mixture and roll into balls.
  6. 6. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder to coat.
  7. 7. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
