Chocolate Espresso Tart Recipe
A rich and decadent chocolate tart with a hint of espresso.

Crust
- 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- ¼ cup melted butter
Filling
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons espresso powder
- 12 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into tart pan.
Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Heat cream, milk, and espresso powder until just boiling.
Pour over chopped chocolate. Stir until smooth.
Whisk eggs and vanilla, then add to chocolate mixture.
Pour filling into crust. Bake for 15 minutes.
Cool completely before serving.
