Chocolate Crinkle Cookies Recipe

- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup powdered sugar for coating
In a mixing bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and vegetable oil.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the cocoa mixture, mixing until well combined.
Cover the dough and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Coat each ball in powdered sugar and place on prepared baking sheets.
Bake in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes. Let cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
