Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate chopped
  • 2 tablespoon instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoon hot water
  • 300 ml heavy cream chilled
  • 2 tablespoon sugar

Instructions 

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a mixing bowl over simmering water.
  2. Dissolve the instant coffee in hot water and add to the melted chocolate. Let it cool slightly.
  3. Whip the heavy cream with sugar until soft peaks form.
  4. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture until well combined.
  5. Divide the mousse into serving glasses and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
