Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup shredded coconut sweetened or unsweetened
  • ½ cup butter melted

Filling

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz dark chocolate chopped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, and melted butter. Press the mixture into a tart pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
  4. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add the chopped dark chocolate. Stir until smooth.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract. Pour the chocolate filling into the cooled crust.
  6. Refrigerate the tart for at least 2 hours before serving.
