  • 1 cup Shredded coconut
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Butter, melted
  • ¼ cup Sugar

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press mixture into a pie dish to form the crust.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
  4. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until smooth.
  5. Pour chocolate mixture into the cooled crust. Sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
