- 1 cup Butter softened
- 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1.5 cups Sugar
- 2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2.5 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 2 cups Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in the vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Gradually add to the creamed mixture and mix well.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool completely.
