Main Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoon milk
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 cup chocolate melting wafers for coating
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix in the vanilla extract and milk until combined.
Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined. Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for about 15 minutes.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate wafers according to the package instructions.
Dip the chilled dough balls into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off. Place them back on the parchment paper.
Refrigerate the truffles until the chocolate coating is set. Enjoy!
