Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 0.5 cup Melted Butter
Filling
- 16 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 0.75 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla, and beat until combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly. Bake for 35 minutes or until the center is set.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
