Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.25 cup sugar
  • 0.33 cup melted butter

Filling

  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened 3 (8 oz) packages
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, ¼ cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended.
  4. Toss chocolate chips with flour to coat. Stir into cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour over crust. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool completely before removing from pan.
