- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 unbaked pie crust
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar and cocoa powder.
Add the melted butter, beaten eggs, vanilla extract, cornmeal, white vinegar, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the pie is set and the top is slightly crispy.
