Ingredients 

Dough

  • 4 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Milk warm
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • 0.5 cup Sugar
  • 0.5 cup Butter softened
  • 2 Eggs large
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Filling

  • 1 cup Chocolate chopped
  • 0.5 cup Butter melted
  • 0.5 cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, sugar, salt, eggs, and softened butter. Mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread melted butter, sprinkle sugar, cocoa powder, and chopped chocolate.
  5. Roll the dough into a log and cut it lengthwise. Twist the two halves together and place in a loaf pan.
  6. Let it rise for another 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool before slicing.
