Dough
- 4 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Milk warm
- 1 packet Active dry yeast
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 0.5 cup Butter softened
- 2 Eggs large
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Filling
- 1 cup Chocolate chopped
- 0.5 cup Butter melted
- 0.5 cup Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Cocoa powder
In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
Add flour, sugar, salt, eggs, and softened butter. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth. Let it rise for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread melted butter, sprinkle sugar, cocoa powder, and chopped chocolate.
Roll the dough into a log and cut it lengthwise. Twist the two halves together and place in a loaf pan.
Let it rise for another 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool before slicing.
