Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Mashed Avocado
- 1 cup Cocoa Powder
- ½ cup Coconut Sugar
- ¼ cup Maple Syrup
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
In a blender, combine avocado, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
Add baking soda and salt to the mixture. Blend again until well combined.
Pour the batter into the greased baking pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
