Instructions

  2. 2. Gradually add warm milk and mix until a dough forms.
  3. 3. Knead in the softened butter until the dough is smooth and elastic.
  4. 4. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. 5. Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal portions. Shape each portion into a bun.
  6. 6. Place the buns on a baking sheet, cover, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. 7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the buns for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
