Instructions

5. Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal portions. Shape each portion into a bun.
6. Place the buns on a baking sheet, cover, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the buns for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
