Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Beef Broth

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
