Chili Con Carne

Main Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 can Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 can Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.
Stir in the chopped tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
