Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 can Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.
  4. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
