Chili Bake Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 cup Cornbread Mix prepared according to package instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
Stir in the chili powder and cumin, cooking for another minute.
Add the kidney beans and diced tomatoes to the skillet. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Spread the prepared cornbread mix over the top of the cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cornbread is golden brown.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
