Instructions
1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, spinach, onion, garlic, cumin, and paprika. Pulse until well mixed but still slightly chunky.

3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
