Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups Spinach fresh
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, spinach, onion, garlic, cumin, and paprika. Pulse until well mixed but still slightly chunky.
  2. 2. Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in bread crumbs. Form into patties.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
