Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup Fresh Parsley chopped
  • ½ cup Fresh Cilantro chopped
  • 1 small Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, cilantro, onion, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper. Pulse until mixture is coarsely ground.
  2. 2. Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in flour until well combined.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Form the chickpea mixture into small patties and fry in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
