Main Ingredients
- 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
- ½ cup Fresh Parsley chopped
- ½ cup Fresh Cilantro chopped
- 1 small Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying
1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, cilantro, onion, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper. Pulse until mixture is coarsely ground.
2. Transfer mixture to a bowl and stir in flour until well combined.
3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Form the chickpea mixture into small patties and fry in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
