Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 2 medium Carrots grated
  • 1 small Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 0.5 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, grated carrots, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, cumin, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well combined but still slightly chunky.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and heated through.
  4. 4. Serve warm with your favorite toppings and sides.
