- 1 lb Chicken tenders
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 units Eggs beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
1. Season chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
2. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry chicken tenders until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
