  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 8 pieces taco shells
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken breast and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Warm taco shells according to package instructions.
  5. Assemble tacos by filling shells with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
