Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Chicken cut into pieces
- 2 cups Carrots sliced
- 1 cup Celery sliced
- 1 large Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 8 cups Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 2 cups Egg Noodles
1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned.
2. Add the chopped onion, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook until the vegetables are softened.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes.
4. Add salt, pepper, and thyme. Stir well.
5. Add the egg noodles and cook for another 10 minutes or until the noodles are tender.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
