  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Spinach fresh

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook chicken in the skillet for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes and cook for another 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
