  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 4 slices Bread
  • 2 leaves Lettuce
  • 2 slices Tomato
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts for about 7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  3. 3. Toast the bread slices.
  4. 4. Spread mayonnaise on the toasted bread slices.
  5. 5. Place the cooked chicken breast on one slice of bread, add lettuce and tomato slices, and top with another slice of bread.
  6. 6. Serve and enjoy!
