Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 Flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese over it.
  3. 3. Add the shredded chicken evenly over the cheese.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the chicken and top with another tortilla.
  5. 5. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  6. 6. Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve warm.
