  • 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed if frozen
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken shredded
  • ½ cup Pesto sauce
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 Egg beaten for egg wash

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken and pesto sauce.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
  4. Spread the chicken and pesto mixture evenly over the puff pastry.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the chicken mixture.
  6. Roll the puff pastry tightly into a log and cut into 1-inch slices.
  7. Place the slices on the prepared baking sheet and brush with beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
