Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoon flour
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add chicken slices and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add onions and cook until translucent. Add garlic and mushrooms, cook until mushrooms are tender.
Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir well. Gradually add chicken broth, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
Return chicken to the skillet, stir in sour cream, and season with salt and pepper. Simmer for a few more minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
