Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Flour for dredging
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Marsala wine
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. 1. Dredge chicken breasts in flour, shaking off excess.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add butter and mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are browned, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Pour in Marsala wine and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Return chicken to the skillet. Cook until sauce thickens and chicken is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  6. 6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
