Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 100 grams Butter softened
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Parsley chopped
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 0.5 cup Flour
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Mix well.
  3. Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board. Carefully make a pocket in each breast without cutting all the way through.
  4. Fill each pocket with the garlic butter mixture. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
  5. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  6. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dredge each breast in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  7. Heat a frying pan over medium heat with some oil. Fry the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Transfer the chicken breasts to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  9. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
