Chicken Florentine Recipe

- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
- 2 cups Fresh Spinach
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- to taste Salt and Pepper
1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
4. Add chicken broth and heavy cream, bring to a simmer.
5. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
6. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for another 5 minutes.
7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
