Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. 4. Add chicken broth and heavy cream, bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Stir in spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. 6. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  7. 7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
