Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 Onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 Tortillas

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the bell peppers and onion, and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan or in the microwave.
  6. 6. Serve the chicken and vegetables in the warm tortillas.
