Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 lb Chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 unit Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 unit Yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 unit Red onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 unit Lime, juiced
  • 4 cups Mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 unit Avocado, sliced

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  2. Add bell peppers and onion to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and paprika. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and squeeze lime juice over the chicken and vegetables.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine salad greens, cherry tomatoes, and avocado.
  6. Top with the cooked chicken and vegetables. Toss gently to combine.
