Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 4 slices Ham
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place each chicken breast between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound to about ¼ inch thickness.
  3. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each chicken breast. Roll up each breast and secure with toothpicks.
  4. In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, and pepper. Roll each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture to coat.
  5. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the chicken on all sides.
  6. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Remove toothpicks before serving.
