Chicken Cordon Bleu
A classic French dish made with chicken breast, ham, and Swiss cheese, all rolled up and baked to perfection.

- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 4 slices Ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place each chicken breast between two pieces of plastic wrap and pound to about ¼ inch thickness.
Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each chicken breast. Roll up each breast and secure with toothpicks.
In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, and pepper. Roll each chicken breast in the breadcrumb mixture to coat.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the chicken on all sides.
Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
Remove toothpicks before serving.
