Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, diced
  • 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Corn, drained
  • 1 can Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until onions are translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat and let simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Serve hot and enjoy!
