Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cups Potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Cook until softened.
  3. Add chicken broth, diced potatoes, and sliced carrots. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
  5. Add corn kernels and shredded chicken. Cook until heated through.
  6. Stir in heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot.
